Email program
 

I'm using the 2008 system. The installed email client has a very wide scroll bar. Does anyone know how to make it smaller?

Before you even worry about making it smaller, think of using another program such as Claws. The built in program is very limited.

Thanks. Okay what directory does the program go into or does the install thing take care of that for you?

Believe me, there are no lame questions, just bad answers!

Just click http://www.claws-mail.org/maemo/claws-mail.install
There probally will be a dialog asking you to allow the adding of a repository. After allowing that, the programm mannager will open and claws mail will be installed.
