N810 processor speed

Hi, every spec says the n810 has a TI OMAP 2420, 400Mhz, so why does HomeCPUSpeed only show me 320.37??? I haven't been hacking this thing or doing anything weird to it. So what gives with that speed?

Thanks,
Mike

It's variable based on demand.

Hmm.... It's possible to get 550 mhz out of that chip, though... Right? Without overclocking it beyond TI's specs?
