Can I make the Applications Mgr install apps on my removable memory card?
 

Can I make the Applications Manager install apps on my removable memory card? My card (an A-data 16gb) is much larger than the internal memory card.

Yes, you can, but it's not an easy thing to set up and isn't really an ideal solution.

I recommend reading up on SD booting instead.
