CPU speed 770

Hi everyone.
Nokia 770 has ARM cpu running at 250MHz. But "cat /proc/cpuinfo" > "BogoMIPS = 125.76".
So, witch cpu performance is real?

MHz != BogoMIPS (or even MIPS)
