[Palm OS] Alarms working?
 

Hi Palm Fans!
Did anybody tried to change the Alarm?
In VM do this:
1. Launch Datebook
2. Menu -> Options -> Preferences
3. change 'Alarm Sound' from 'Alarm' to anything else

At this point my VM crashes.

Does this runs well on your VM?

Also, if an alarm from datebook rises up, the VM also crashes.

Does anybody hear some alarms from datebook?

I tried the alarm from datebook and it worked OK. But the sound was not nice. No crash, though.

I also have the same problem (changing the alarm sound causes the VM the crash).

Once, when changing the alarm in Prefs, the VM crashed. Subsequent changing did not cause it to crash, though.

However, every time the datebook alarm "went off", the VM would crash.

what device you're using?
I'm using n810 and VM 1.0.1beta

Me too, with the last firmware.

I am trying an alarm again and I just snoozed it without problems.

Now, I tried to change 'Alarm Sound' from 'Alarm' to anything else (as you said) and no crash either.

EDIT: Well, just trying all possible alarm sounds finally got my crash.

Yep, got the same problems here. Are there any 3rd party calendar apps that the alarm works for?
