Newbie need two games?
 

hey! guys, I got my nokia N800 and i would love to have dominoes and Checkers games in my nokia N800. Anyone can help me to get it?

Best bet would be Flash games. I have found several checkers games that are flash that do a good job.

I've got Garnet VM installed and have been playing Astraware Board Games for Palm OS. The games include: Chess, Backgammon, Ludo, Checkers, Reversi, Nine Men's Morris, Snakes and Ladders, and Tic Tac Toe. Sorry, no Dominoes. And it's not free but still quite cheap considering all the games you get...$9.95.

andrewfblack, i was checking in maemo game and i couldn't find no Checker game. Can u please put me the link here? Sorry newbie with no linux knowledge.

andrewfblack was saying that you could use a flash version of the game. This is what you do.
search google for dominos flash and checkers flash
then download it with download them all or something similar. You need the .swf file
then transfer the files to your tablet, and simply double click them to play

just fyi, i have a flash dominos on my tablet. I got it from one of those PSP portal packages (you know, those stupid things that transform your psp into vista and things...) a lot of them have prepackaged games.
