looking for a few apps
 

ok recently i had to reclone so i went all out and have 6 gigd of space :)
the apps im looking for;

first priority
audio book player, i used to use a jap one (all text ??????) but i cant find it and frankly i would prefer a engliish one

second
i need some sort of aplication i can track my personal finances on (a spreadsheet app should do it maybe an open office port or similier?)

not as important, but wanted
a simcity style game (is there a port of the open sim city game?)
transport tycoon s good but i want something with more meat
i did try simcity through dos box but the mouse was so off centre to make it un playable :(

I don't know of a dedicated audiobook player, just various mp3 players as would be used for music.

There is a spreadsheet program proper: Gnumeric. And there may be others.
