Canola2 for Maemo 4.1 (Diablo)
 

I have just updated my firmware to the latest Maemo 4.1. I have high hopes on the new updating system that will not require flashing the device :)

Now begins my painful task of installing all programs once again. But the point is, I have been unable to install Canola2 on my tablet.

I suspect this could be a transition period (like the maemo repositories being updated) as the Maemo extras repository seems to be empty? :confused:

Just to be sure, did any one succeeded in installing Canola2 or any application from Maemo extras on their devices? I really like Canola, can't live without! :D

Just create a new catalog with the following info:

Catalog name: maemo Extras chinook
Web address: http://repository.maemo.org/extras/
Distrbution: chinook
Components: free non-free

That's all. The old applications will appear as installable applications.
