Tethering with Palm Centro and Nokia N810 on Sprint SERO

I have Palm Centro with Sprint SERO and Nokia N810.

I have been looking for a "guide" on how to tether WITHOUT buying pdanet or usbmodem (honestly i hate the idea of having to connect a usb cable to the device)

I have found a link to the said "hack" however the link to download it has been removied from the treocentral thread.

Can someone provide me with a step by step to make this work?

I have been trying for a while now, with no luck with my HTC 8525, so I bought a centro hoping I can make it work.
