Re: Garnet expired?
i think that's the one i'm using right now. garnet vm 1.0.1 beta, will expire on Nov. 30, 2008

Re: Garnet expired?
It means that we will probably have a new release on that date :)
(I only hope that once GarnetVM reaches the final status Access won't make us pay...) |
Re: Garnet expired?

Re: Garnet expired?
I'd consider paying for it... IF it integrates very well into the system.
1) It emulates a Palm with a 800x480 screen, 2) uses the maemo input method (though Graffiti 1 is much better), 2b) Uses the system clipboard (I think it does this now), 3) maps a folder to a memory card, 4) Is fast and stable. 5) I'd like it to act like a runtime engine and not a whole alien sandboxed VM. Kinda like seamless mode on VirtualBox. I'd like to get Agendus or DateBk5 back. And ShadowPlan.... |
Re: Garnet expired?
Same problem here, version expired.
I installed version beta2 and it worked but I had to install Planetarium again. For how long ? |
[Palm OS] Garnet GVM expired
I had version beta01 of Garnet VM and it was expired.
I installed beta02 *and* had to reinstall Planetarium and it works again but for how long ??? Is this a catch that after a certain time they will charge ? No problem as long as it works decently, i.e. it supports the GPS connected via Bluetooth and the memory card of the N810. |
