incompatible app package - some help ?

Hey guys. I just tried to install the genecash application - spend-it from this website - http://home.cfl.rr.com/genecash/nokia/index.html. The problem is that I got the massage "incompatible application package". I'm using N800 with OS2008 . Any ideas and suggestions how to solve the problem ??
