Sorry but the Wiki assumes that you are expert user. For GPE here is all the Wiki has to offer.
http://www.internettablettalk.com/wi...e=GPE_Calendar

This clearly does not tell the new user how to install GPE Calendar and get all the repos for it.

Here is a blog post that is "little" better
http://blog.locationist.net/2008/01/...-installation/

I should be receiving my N810 in couple days and if i managed to install it and got it all working, i intend to add to Wiki

If you use Diablo and enable the extras repo, gpe-calendar is installable through application manager - no complicated instructions needed. Likewise with erminig

The GPE applications are now also available in the Download area: http://maemo.org/downloads/OS2008/. Search for GPE to find them all. For some reason they dropped out of the download area when chinook came out and I have only recently added them back in.

mCalendar is also available in the Chinook Extra repository and should be available soon in Diablo extras.

does mCalendar support Google Sync also ?
I have been using GPE and one feature I like is the Desktop summary screen of GPE (GPESummary) which shows the events on your desktop ...
