Igo Ultra thin +n800 help
Hey i just got the keyboard, and it paired just fine first time. Then i don't know what I did but it started pressing the space key (stuck on it) I deleted the device from bt connections, and now it won't pair again. When i press CTRL+FN+FN the keyboard just blinks red or does nothing at all. And the n800 wont "see" it. please if anyone can help with this i'd ve really thankful.

Re: Igo Ultra thin +n800 help
try to reboot the tablet

Re: Igo Ultra thin +n800 help
tried that already, ithink the problems lies more with the keyboard, since ctrl+fn+fn gives me a red led instead of a green one- this should break the bond or start a new one, but i haven't got any response in the tablet. tried taking the batteries out too, but no result.
edit Replaced the batteries with new ones, but no luck. PLEASE help. |
Re: Igo Ultra thin +n800 help
sorry for the double post, but i need to find someone who can help. I can't find this problem in google, I tried reflashing the tablet too, but the problem seems to be the kb. Anyone knows how to "reset" the thing? or a similar solution THX

Re: Igo Ultra thin +n800 help
According to the manual the red light indicates the batteries are weak.
Could be bad connection or bad batteries or bad keyboard. replace the batteries again with known good ones or send the keyboard back. |
Re: Igo Ultra thin +n800 help
unfortunately, i got new batteries :( yesterday it started pairing again, just to NOT do it on the next second. Its driving me crazy, and I got it from the UK (me living in Chile) so return would be a long and difficult process. I would much prefer to get this one going.
EDIT it started working out of the blue. I'm guessing the batteries connection is faulty, but afeter a lot of taking batteries in-out it started working. And working great, too. I'm loving the keyboard. |
