howto wget -r -O to save files to /media/mmc1/..
Hi,
run today wget in recursive mode -r tried hard to save www tree to /media/mmc1 unfortunately I can not (not supported message). Any chance to change things as wget downloads files to internal flash memory making it full quickly. Darius |

Try the "-P" option.

Re: howto wget -r -O to save files to /media/mmc1/..
Thanks.
Exactly the right solution. Just trying it. In the meantime copied saved www from internal memory to media card and status of *.html has been changed to Read-only file system (30) "Cannot delete file "/media/mmc1/..... html" Asterisk appended to each file. Any solution ? Now I can't mkdir in /media/mmc1 Read-only file system (30) ??? Darius Quote:

Hi,
(update 2) tried wget -r -P www.google.com /media/mmc1/cnn /media/mmc1/cnn : Unsupported scheme. (message) Cannot write to `/media/mmc1/www.google.com/index.html` (No such file or directory) Darius Quote:

Run "mount" in a terminal and see if the card is truly mounted read-only, if so, then I'd try running a filesystem check on the flash card, the filesystem might be a bit corrupt.
