Where to get one?

So, all the places I can find online are showing out-of-stock on the N800... Anyone know if this is still in stock somewhere for a reasonable? I really don't want an N810. Thanks!

Re: Where to get one?

buy and sell in this forum or ebay. "fair" going price is about $180 barebone, if you offer something like $25 above it and post a want to buy thread, maybe someone will be interest to unload their N800.

Re: Where to get one?

I spent some time the last few days researching this, and I ended up snagging one in eBay for US$ 180.50 plus US $12.00 shipping; it's a barebone plus one 1GB SD card, and it's listed as used but in perfect state (no scratches, etc). In case you are curious: http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...m=160271448801

If you would rather get a new one, the best price I found from a dependable vendor was at Amazon's http://www.amazon.com/Nokia-N800-Por.../dp/B000MK4GGM, for US$ 336.00 + U$ 3.81 shipping/handling.

On the buy/sell forum, this one was still available as of last week. You'd have to negotiate price, but I think he was looking for $225.

Note that any you buy from "private" parties will not have a warranty. While the N800 comes with a 1 year warranty, it only applies to the original purchaser and it not transferable.
