Went into red pill mode, can't go back

Anyone know what happened? I did that, installed some things, tried to go back. When I go into app mgr/tools and type matrix then cancel for the url for the new catalog, it just jumps back to the catalogs list. Am I in blue pill or red? I can't tell.

do the same, but replace red with blue
