Re: view path /home/user/.tuxpaint/saved/
If you don't have a file manager like Emelfm2, in the terminal: "cd $HOME/.tuxpaint/saved/" (without quotes).
Then you can open them with an image viewer, copy them somewhere else, etc. |

Re: view path /home/user/.tuxpaint/saved/
Quote:
1.) cd /home/user 2.) cd .tuxpaint 3.) cd saved You can check then where the problem is. |
Re: view path /home/user/.tuxpaint/saved/
this is what happened
~$ cd /home/user ~$ cd /.tuxpaint -sh: cd: can't cd to /.tuxpaint hmmmmmmmmmmm i'll google it and see what it comes up but any wisdom would be great |
Re: view path /home/user/.tuxpaint/saved/
That path does not exist on your system, so you can't go there.
I think tuxpaint stores its data on one of the mmcs, anyway. |
Re: view path /home/user/.tuxpaint/saved/
i don't even know what a mmcs is, i guse it's something to do with memory, google suggested several things including a school in china i belive, maybe i should just buy a touch screen laptop?.... one final thing, [for tonight anyway] the gimp.... anyone know ora link to a download that should work on a n800? the dowmload i tryed failed to work, so i'll try that download on a n810 now.

mmc
They're mounted at /media/mmc1 and /media/mmc2; look there. |
