Has anyone else experienced issues with order fulfillment at Deal Extreme?

The first issue I had was submitting my entire order on their shopping cart. I spent a good hour or two adding items to my cart and then somehow it lost them all.

The second time I decided to add them to my favourites list and then from there add each item to my shopping cart. This also failed because when I went to check out half of the items were missing from the total.

In ended up braking my order down into two orders. However the 2 orders have come in several separate shipments and it's still not complete. Also it doesn't look correct to me either because I got 2 boxes of items and both boxes were duplicates. I was going to spend about $1500 on their site and start using them as a regular supplier and resell some of their items locally that are difficult to find at retail stores but so far my experience with them (aside from the low prices) has been poor.

Any other experiences?

I have only ordered a few items at a time but they have never made a mistake or missed something. You can trackorders online (see main page) and contact them from here: http://services.dealextreme.com/

They take their time but otherwise thay have been good. (I have no connection with them)

I have only ordered about 4 times for usually less than 20 items., but I have experienced the"shopping to long" misplaced cart.
However I ordered on the 6th and rec'd on the 18th this month.

Didn't have any problems either. Small number of items though, still came in three separate packages (which is good IMHO).

I wonder if perhaps customs didn't allow a shipment through. I'm in Canada and still waiting on 2 of these which apparently aren't allowed into the US: http://www.dealextreme.com/details.dx/sku.11315

*update*

Okay here's another bizarre thing I've noticed. Below is the summary of one of my 2 order #'s that actually went through and got processed. When I copy/paste that data into calc and add up the #'s it says the total value is $227.99. Their website appears to total this order to $572.61 (which has been billed to my credit card).

I'm going to cross reference this with the paypal transaction (I haven't got that far yet) because these transactions aren't making any sense to me.

*update 2*

Here's my second order with them that was processed on my credit card. At least when I total the value of the items myself in calc on this 2nd order it matches what their website total says. I now see where they've broken down each order into different shipments.

On this particular order they sent me 2 separate large boxes with identical contents of everything identified in shipment #1. (mistake on their part but in my favour)

I usually order about a dozen items for $100-$200. Recently they had to split shipments since their suppliers are slow. And their paypal credit card processing is a pain, but overall they are very inexpensive and have the unusual and hard to find gadgets.

Maybe this is too obvious, but it looks like you are just adding unit prices, and not allowing for multiples in the first order.
