E-mail app does not load
 
Sometimes the e-mail client does not load. It starts to load but the screen never pops up. I am running the latest flash and the latest upgrade to OS2008. Even turning it off and on does not make it load. I just leave it off overnight and usually the next day it works. But then if I close the app it I cannot get it to load and I have to start the procedure over night again. Any help would be appreciated, thanks !

I've had this happen once in a while. But the problem for me is always solved with a reboot.

If you don't mind using X Terminal, open that app and enter:
Code:
killall modest
Afterwards, try opening Modest again.

I've had to go online and clear out my email account to get Modest to work again. The latest Diablo update has made the problems worse and more frequent. It's time to dump Modest or put the resources required into the project to get it to a workable state.
