gazpacho for diablo?
 
Only found a OS2007 version ...
Is there a newer one? Or is there a replacement?

Dunno about Gazpacho, but Glade-3 is supposed to support GTKBuilder files (which are very close to glade files anyway). Or at least you can convert to them...
