Input Method Submenu Grayed Out
 

So, seeming randomly, the input method sub-menu button is grayed out, and I can't quite figure out why. This is the button thats right under the shift on the on screen stylus keyboard and to the left of the enter button on the thumb keyboard. Usually it has cut, copy, paste and is how you change to a different method.

I do have UKeyboard installed, Im going to see if uninstalling it fixes it.

Anyone else have this happen?
