Using sane on the n810

I'm currently trying to get a tiny business card scanner scanning off the n810. I'm running the scanner off of a usb hub, and all seems good except it freezes up every once in a while and causes a reboot. Can someone else try to create a deb for sane or possibly give me a suggestion how I can figure out what's causing the freeze. Thank you!

The first question would be; is your business card scanner officially supported by sane? Support for this type of scanner has always been spotty with sane.

Sorry for the delay in responding, yes I'm able to scan fine with the scanner. I will be notifying the gt-68xx of the firmware and offsets I'm using. The problem is the rebooting that happens. It seems as if the unit locks up and a watchdog timer causes the reset. How can I figure out what is causing the freeze?
