time problem

when my n810 dies after low battery it loses the correct time, this is usually overnight not when I remove the battery for a few minutes, does this suggest my backup battery is dying?

Sounds like that - Never seen it myself on the N810, but I'd assume it's the same reason as on my old desktop PCs.
