Presence Icon no longer displayed
 
After latest OS update I somehow lost the "Presence" icon. In control panel, "Presence" is set to "on" and in contol panel, "Panels" / "Status Bar" there is now no box to click for "Presence". I miss see the bright green "Presence" icon!

Do you still have your accounts set up? My experience is that if you don't have at least one account, you don't have the Presence icon option.

Thanks! That's exactly what my problem was. After my OS update I decided to disable my Google account. I just enabled it and my "presence" icon came back.
