How to Disable Search Hotkey?

I noticed that Ctrl-E is the hot-key to call up Utilities -> Search. Is there any way to disable this? I prefer to use Ctrl-E to jump to end of line when I'm editing some text (e.g., a URL).

i've changed the search hot-key to ctrl+f with

Code:

gconftool -s /apps/osso/keybindings/global/osso-global-search --type=string '<ctrl>f'

now let's wait to understand why i should not have done it :)
