awakeness on message
I found one behavior which makes me annoying. After 1 minute screen switches off and I cannot see what happiness. If I'm downloading some application then I have to tap on screen to see is it done. I'd prefer if screen automatically would switch on again while any message box appears. As far as I can remember - Chinook worked in this manner. But in Diablo I don't see this. Is this just an option which can be turned on/off - or this is feature lack? Where can I suggest this feature for further Diablo update?

Re: awakeness on message
you can make the screen turn of after 2 minutes rather then 1, but beyond that...
and did a test here, screen gone black from timeout, sendt over a file via bluetooth, speaker dinged and screen lit up... |
Re: awakeness on message
file downloading can take much more time than 2 minutes
try install something large with not too fast connection - when message "install program?" after downloading will appear then screen remains turned off I think - any message that requires interaction with user must turn lit on |
Re: awakeness on message
What about setting the LED to blink when receiving notifications? Does that work?
Display->LEDs->other notifications |
Re: awakeness on message
it is being set
screen turned on is much more noticeable than LED (or may be it even doesn't work in my case) |
Re: awakeness on message
right now me installed one more application and noticed - when it asked "install app" while blank screen then LED did not light or blink
