attempted screen scuff/scratch repair?
Has anyone tried some of the products for repairing screens by removing or filling in scuffs and small scratches?
I replaced my 770 with a slightly used 810 which arrived more used than advertised, including some scuffs in the middle of the screen. I slapped a screen protector on it (an iPhoney one that doesn't fit quite right). The protector helps some so I will order a better fitting protector but was curious about products for removing the marks first. TIA |

I'm curious about this, too.

Toothpaste works just as good, if not better than most commercially advertised products.
Pearl Drops specifically. :) Anything more abrasive will require a high speed buffing with a polishing agent afterward, I have found. |

I used a pencil eraser to get a scratch out of a laptop screen.

And silver / brass polish with a small cloth will also do the job.
I did it earlier successfully with a Nokia 6680 phone. |
