[Canola] Beta 11: Problem with Video Podcasts
 

Hi,

with Beta 11 I'm experiencing the following problem with quite a few video podcasts:

After clicking on a downloaded episode, I can see the video playback window and for a few seconds nothing is happening. Then Canola ist jumping to the end of the video, playing back the last few seconds of the episode and continuing with the next episode.

I can avoid this by pressing the pause button immediately after starting the video, waiting a few seconds and pressing the pause button again. Then Canola is playing back the video directly from the beginning and without any problems.

I think it's not a general issue with these videos or the video codec used in these podcast. Because once I get video playback started as described above it's working just fine.

Any idea if there are some settings / config files I can change to fix this issue?

Iskarion, I just tested with both those videocasts, and it apparently is fixed already (we've been working on this resume feature lately). On the next release it should already be ok. Cheers
