N810 and USBcontrol
I just bought an N810 about a week ago and I'm trying to install USBcontrol so that I can use a memory stick with it. I have updated the firmware to the latest version and tried to download USBcontrol from maemo.org but I get the following error message:
Unable to install usbcontrol. Incompatible application package. So, I went to the home page of the developer and downloaded it from there but when I try to install it I get another error message: Unable to install usbcontrol. Some application packages required for the installation are missing. When I check the details of the above dialog box, I get the following: Unable to install usbcontrol Application packages missing: python2.5-runtime However, I cannot figure out how to install the python2.5-runtime package. It does not appear in any of my catalogs. I have searched the Internet and this site but I have not found a solution that works. Can someone point me in the right direction? Thanks, Mark |

With the following cable no cable adapters are required and the tablet automaticall switches to host without any additional software.
Cable - microUSB to Female USB A. Automaticaly sets the USB to OTG. http://search.digikey.com/scripts/Dk...name=H11576-ND |
