insmod problem
 

follow wiki.maemo instructions to partition an SD card. When I tried to mount the partitions, it shows:
insmod: cannot insert '/mnt/initfs/lib/modules/2.6.21-omap1/mbcache.ko': File exists (-1):File Exists.

install rootsh and sud?? ok,
install e2fsprogs ok,
sfdisk ok, the first partion is dos; second is linux, third and fourth are empty,
format ok,
my system is very clean,
what could be the reason to cause this?

it is already installed for some reason.

Yup, something or someone has already insmodded it, so you can pretty much ignore that error and continue.
