Device seems to be borked?
 

I hope this isn't already an answered issue, but I've searched around and couldn't find something similar, so I decided to get some help.

Something strange has happened with my n800, and I'm hoping I can fix it (I'm running off of a cloned latest version of Diablo on an SD card).

About around the same time I downloaded Tear (not insinuating that Tear is involved; it just happened at the same time), I developed this weird problem with all of my browsers (Digia, MicroB, and Tear) where framed sites would want to be downloaded to the device. I also couldn't (still can't) download anything without it wanting to download the webpage instead.

Then I noticed I can't do updates. It tries, but it fails. Also noticed that every repository that I had in the applications catalog is now mysteriously missing.

Is there a way I can fix this without having to reformat and reclone from the Flash? It's the first time I've ever seen this happen, so I'm at a loss on how to go about unborking it.
