Google contact sync
 

Just wondering if anyone has found a way to view or sync Google contacts? The only way I can see is SyncEvolution and you have to pay for that.

Any thoughts?

This is supposed to be planned for a future release of Erminig, which already syncs over the network with Google Calendar.

Don't know how much development has been done on Erminig lately, though...

Not enough :( (or more exactly none)

I went through a rough spot in my life, which essentially stopped my involvement in both Erminig and this forum, but now I'm regaining interest (and the rough spot is behind me now), so development will resume, in the very near future...

Do you mean, just to import the contacts or to sync it frequently? I imported it but I am not able to sync it.

Let me third the sentiment, it is a great product that I use all the time. The idea of having contact sync sound brilliant.

Bump :) I'm giving up with symbian phones and in the process of maemo-ize & googl-ize all my personal information management, so... would be great!

I, too, would love to see this happen. I just found out about Erminig and find it a great little app.
