Can Nokia N810 use in asia by GSM not CDMA? and can we use in cambodia? how can i but it online?

it's not a phone, so no gsm, no cdm. You can connect (tether) to another mobile phone by bluetooth or to wi-fi. It can do voip when connected. But it's a computer not a phone.
