Samsung B7610 Louvre (with N900-like specs)

Samsung B7610 Louvre rematerializes, spec'd and caught on camera

Quote:

According to the site, we're looking at a quad-band Windows Mobile 6.1 device (upgradable to 6.5) with 7.2Mbps HSDPA, 3.5-inch WVGA AMOLED touchscreen, 5 megapixel camera, 802.11b/g, Bluetooth 2.0, FM radio, miniUSB, 1GB built-in memory, and a microSDHC slot. Still not official, but should this pan out, Orange and SFR business customers can look to it sometime in July with the price lining up somewhere between €250 and €500.

And another take by the oxy*****ically named wmpoweruser site:

The specs are below, and what is really striking is Samsung finally moving away from their proprietary ports to what we have always wanted – mini/microUSB and 3.5mm headphone jacks. That 800 Mhz CPU and AMOLED WVGA screen does not hurt either:

The specs are:

- 3.5 AMOLED 16M colours resistive screen WVGA (800×480)
- 800Mhz CPU
- 5.1Mpx Autofocus Camera with LED flash
- Slide Out Qwerty keyboard
- 2 UIs (Pro & Media, with a dedicated button to switch between them)
- TV-OUT
- 3.5" Headphone jack
- MicroUSB connetor
- Divx/WMV/H.264 accellerations
- GPS/WIFI/HSDPA/HSUPA/BT
- FM Radio
- DNLA support
- 1GB internal memory + SDHC up to 32G
- 1500mAh

The device is set to be released in August 2009, with a (ms-win-mo  ) 6.5 update in September/October 2009.

Aargh, the keyboard is AZERTY :)

It feels lonely without a Mer on it :)
