An home-made leather case for N810
 

Hello, just wanted to share the idea of my leather case.
I made it when i got my N810 because i didn't like the bundled pouch. As I use the tablet like a super notebook ... i made it to look a little bit like a real notebook !

It's rigid, cardboard covered in black leather outside and paper inside.

I use it soooo much ... that it's already worn out but still works fine for me.

And how it works with the stand :

I just used good quality chemically neutral double sided adhesive tape to secure the case.

As it was my very first attempt to make a case for such a device, this one is quite simple and not very polished. Maybe i'll make a better looking one ...

Closed it looks very much like a moleskin notebook. Nice.

This is very good. I am very interested in imitating your work. Can i see how you made the lower hinge? Did you make the whole case from scratch, or did you modify a notebook? If from scratch, what kinds of adhesives did you use?

this is a really nice case. wondering what case you all think is the best one overall to purchase, since i don't have time or skill to make one like this. thanks so much.
