memory loss

I have a problem. The N800 system memory is full even though no new programs have been added. I don't want to remove any apps. Question, how can I free up memory as I don't know what tmp files are safe to blow away and I can't get access to root files like tty. Any help on this would be great. TIA.

Re: memory loss

Check for large email attachments. They tend to eat memory.
