Yep, that about sizes it up. The carriers need to get over the "rape em till they bleed" mentality and start focusing on treating them like paying customers who will bolt and go elsewhere if you keep treating them like dirt.

FYI, that revelation came about after AT&T utterly screwed him royally on his bill.
