Can hot weather/temperature make the N810 sluggish?

I'm just back from Monterey and had the N810 on all-day in my pocket (didn't actually use it though).

Now back it's about 95 degrees F and I notice that the device is very sluggish..especially if I try to go online...it slows down and gets unresponsive..and have reset twice.

This is also a brand new N810 that I'm using this weekend.

Right now I turned it off, took the battery out and will see if I can cool it down.

Has anyone noticed these symptoms when it's at the temperatures I mention? (Probably 90+ a few degrees when it was my pocket).

I've noticed that too when it's in the 100-110 f. It's 95 now for it and running fine.

http://nds1.nokia.com/phones/files/g...2008_UG_en.pdf says
"Always try to keep the battery
between 15°C and 25°C (59°F and 77°F). A device with a hot
or cold battery may not work temporarily, even when the
battery is fully charged."

Probably same sentence exists for en_US.

Thanks and yes it kept being sluggish all day and evening (as the temperature was in the 90+ °F.

Maybe on days like this it's better to not have it on or bring it with me. I foresee quite a few 95-100°F days this summer.
