change kilometers to miles on map application for n810
 

how can i change the view of the map application from kilometers to miles? i already tried changing to imperial view, but it won't work. how can i fix this?

no idea. but here's a top tip. read any value up to 99 miles as if the value was in hexadecimal and mentally convert to decimal and you get kilometres... and vice versa.

FYI: Maemo Mapper will use miles. It's free and has more features than the bundled Map ap.

From what I remeber you have to download, or have loaded one of the US/Imperial loaded voices.

This is from memory from a couple of years ago so it may not be correct, but may be worth a try.
