Is the maemo 5 device going to be released on Friday, October 9th?

I would assume that is the launch date. If they launch before that..... why would the call it 'experience'

Sounds possible. But what about the "Maemo 5 experience"
As of now there is only one maemo 5 and that is fremantle. What would be there to 'experience' if we already have the device?

May be it will be announced at nokia world and released on October 9th!

That sounds like an area at the Summit location where Maemo 5 technologies, UIs etc (maybe even devices) will be showcased. If anything, I would take it to mean that devices will not have been launched to market by then.

I don't see anything remotely maemo-related on the Agenda there...

After being fed rumours and innuendo's about the new device and all the stomach churning brouhaha about it being a phone or not, I am ready for some Lunch. And t fits right into my hungry 1 (13 hrs) clock time. :D

Sounds like simple marketing speak to me. It can ACTUALLY mean nothing and sound like a frikkin' "experience".

For me it would also make sense to discuss the Maemo 5 experience a while after the devices have been out for a while an people have had time to use them and - you know, gather the experience. Anyway, at that point the new tablet(s) must be out.
