Reflash OS on Device memory - does it delete cloned OS?

1) I have OS (2008-43-7) on device memory and cloned OS on Internal memory card (N810). I want to reflash OS on device memory. Question is: when I reflash OS on device momery, does it causes deletion the OS on
internal memory?

2) As I said, i have cloned OS on internal memory card. Is it possible that running OS from internal mmc kill of full charged battery faster (about 2 days when switch on, and used is 1-2 hours "hardly") than OS running from Device memory (about 4 days when switch on, and used is over 2 hours "hardly")?

Thanks for help.

No. Your cloned OS on IM will NOT be affected by you flashing the device memory. However, after your flash, you will need to re-install your bootmenu in order to access the cloned OS on your IM.
