motorola S9 -- Mono only?
 

I have a pair of Motorola S9 stereo bluetooth headphones/handsfree headset. With my Blackberry, if I am playing media, it works as stereo headphones, and the remote controls (volume, track skip, play/pause) works. However, when I pair it with my N810, I only get mono output. Is this something that I missed with the N810, or the way things are?

I'm guessing that you haven't installed the A2DP "mod" for your N810. Without it, the headphones are only seen as a headset (I presume). See more here: http://talk.maemo.org/showthread.php?t=13468

While a2dp can be made to work on the tablet, AVRCP (using the buttons to pause/play/skip) is not supported as far as I know.
