Quick questions about mer
 

Hi everybody,

I've got a couple questions about mer.

First, what kernel does it use on the 770. Does that or will it keep up to date with security patches in the main linux kernel? Some folks may think that security is not important on a tablet, but I use mine to ssh in to my server, and if my tablet gets compromised, then that is a path to the server....

Second, is there much hope of getting sound with mer on the 770? I know that there were some patches to get it working with ALSA in development last year, but I haven't heard much on progress either in mer or elsewhere.
