led light not working
 

hey guys. the led stoped working for new emails/chats. i reset the display setting, rebooted. tried removing batt. the led comes on at start up. but not for emails. Just wondering if there is any way i can re set the led function?

There's ways to turn it on and off via the command line. That way you could test if you're having a hardware or software problem.

Thanks for the reply, that was it! Its now working. For some reason i had 2 files in my /etc/mce mce.ini (blank) and mce.ini.original. so i removed the blank and re named the mce.ini.original then rebooted... Worked! thanks for your help!
