Not Turning Off Fully
 

I have a new n810 (about 20 days old) when i turn it off it will go past the Nokia screen then the screen will go black with the back light switched on.

In this state the device cant be turned on.
to turn the back light off (and be able to switch it back on) the battery has to be removed and put back in!

can i fix this or should i send it back to play.com


Edit: its also not finding the internal memory card or my mini sd card

I am going to try and reflash it but i cant backup :mad:

Edit2: reflashing does nothing i am contacting play.com
