Volume control in browser.
Hello,
I have a quick question for those who has an N900.. I saw a video in youtube of a guy demonstrating the N900.. and he was showing how smooth and fast the browser on it.. And he showed a flash video.. and then he tried to higher the volume using the volume buttons on the "top/side" of the N900 but couldn't (even in full screen).. all it did was zoom in and out... So my question is how can you lower and/or higher the volume when playing a video in the browser.. Thanks in advance. BaNdOrA |

I believe that if you tap in the status area you're given a list of options including changing phone profiles, and a volume slider.

Re: Volume control in browser.
quickest way (I hear) is to jump to the dashboard and change volume there with the hardware buttons, then pop back to the browser.

Well that's inconvenient.. :/

Re: Volume control in browser.
you can also activate the 'hover' mode (cursor mode) and use the cursor on the volume control on the flash player

Re: Volume control in browser.
Use xprop to unset the _HILDON_ZOOM_KEY_ATOM atom on the browser window. Pointless, though, IMO.
