Copying from maemo downloads..??
 

I have page about maemo, may I copy app. and games from maemo.org downloads and put them on my server?

Check the individual licences. Anything that's Free software, you can, but be aware that for much of it you'll also need to make sure you've got the source code available from the same place. So, in short, probably, but check each package individually.

That said, I'm not sure why you couldn't just link to maemo.org....

Most of the Maemo apps come with a lot of dependencies and the regular users only can install these apps if they are in a debian repository, do you have technical knowledge to maintain one of these repositories ?
What are the advantages for the users ?
