Pausing SDK download
Ok, so i decided to install the dev environment. I tried both the manual version (before the python gui came out) and the gui. Both failed for the same reason: my jackass isp uses the lame speed-pumping technique of decreasing speed: downloads start off at a blazing 1MB/s and slow to 1kb/s or less given enough time (10-20 min?). Pausing and continuing a download (in programs that support this) gives me the good speed again.
Question is: can i download the binaries via some other app and then have them installed? Even better, is there any way to coax the gui into helping me out (i can find my way around linux, but i'm just lazy :D )? |
Re: Pausing SDK download
Nevermind, i let it work non-stop for o whole day and it installed eventually.
Now, in case anyone sees this, how do i get a terminal on the emulator? |
