Hi,
I was in the middle of sending an email with a few lines from a webpage/email, but i couldn't select any text....i've tried to search for this...but not much luck.....

when you are in web browser, swipe your finger from left side (outside of screen) to the center and tap the arrow that appears. when you have selected the text you want. tap title bar and select copy.

The keyboard shortcuts are sometimes useful for this: control-A to select all text, control-C to copy, control-V to paste.

Couldnt find a direct way to copy from a email which i am reading.
But you can reply to the email so that it opens in the text editor and then copy the text from the mail.

i've checked bugzilla but the closest i could find is 5033

That looks like the correct bug to me. Basically you can currently only copy text from an email that you are reading if you get it into the editor, e.g. by replying or forwarding.

Haven't tried, but would using the stylus make any difference as opposed to finger (i.e. being able to accurately select a word per se)?
