New email address and contact?
 

Everytime I send an email to an address that is not in my contact, after the message has been sent I see that as a new contact in my address book. Is there a way to turn this off so that it would not automatically add that as my contact?
I am using Gmail in IMAP.

It's annoying. I filed a bug about this a while ago,
https://bugs.maemo.org/show_bug.cgi?id=4976
and it's fixed.

Don't know when the fixed version will be released, though.

I like it, but would like to be asked weather or not I want it. Its very annoying.

Thunderbird does the same thing. It annoys the heck out of me.

great; its fixed cant wait for the new version. thanks guys. for a while i thought i was the only one thayt was annoyed with this, i was already frustaded with the gmail web which does this god knows when they will fix this. open souce sand maemo community FTW

dince we have already got 3 updstes after the bug being marked fixed. it is still acting same. maybe 1.2 now?
